Brussel Sprout Chips



  • 1 lb. brussel sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Wash brussel sprouts and cut off stems with a knife.
  • Peel off outer layers and put the rest of the brussel sprouts aside to roast or grill.
  • Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Put in oven for 7-10 minutes.
