- 1 lb. brussel sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Wash brussel sprouts and cut off stems with a knife.
- Peel off outer layers and put the rest of the brussel sprouts aside to roast or grill.
- Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Put in oven for 7-10 minutes.
