Chocolate banana peanut butter smoothie.

This puppy’ll hold ya over for a long time if you don’t have time for a meal immediately after a workout. I made this while in a time-pinch to go meet a friend for a flea market adventure.

Los ingredientes:

  • 1/2 c non dairy milk
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder*
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 avocado(optional)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2-3 ice cubes.
  • *I use an unsweetened chocolate protein powder. You can also throw a handful of greens in for some extra nutrition. I often throw beet greens into smoothies. Beet greens boast a high amount of vitamins A, C and minerals, such as magnesium and potassium. If you do the same you can add a few dates to sweeten it, but the banana should do the trick.
