The birds are chirping and the sun is up late. This means one thing: summer is around the corner! Get into the summertime spirit with a delicious smoothie.
1 small banana, frozen
1 c frozen mango
1/2 c frozen blueberries, raspberries, cherries or a mix of all 3
1/2 c almond milk (or coconut milk)
1 Tbsp. Coconut butter or 1/4c unsweetened shredded coconut
3-4 ice cubes
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 handful of spinach (optional)
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Find a hammock and enjoy!
