Vitamix homemade nut butters + video

I think we can all agree that peanut butter holds a special place in our hearts. Memories of triangle cut PB & J sandwiches packed in your lunchbox tug at your heart strings, amiright?

The homemade versions are even yummier, healthier and super quick and easy to make. If you have a Vitamix the whole process can take just 5 minutes, including clean-up! And since we’re a bit older and our taste buds might have expanded, try other types of nut butters that have long gotten the shaft. Coconut cashew & almond butter are my jam. (Sorry, I have a soft spot for puns). Check out my homemade hazelnut cardamom butter & my homemade NEWtella for some other variations! (Newtella video coming soon).
