This hummus is sexxxxyyy AF. Walks in the party and music stops, heads turn and daaammmmmmmmnnnnnnnn, life of the party.Creamy, dreamy and full of flava flav. This not only looks amazing, but it tastes flippin’ incredible. And you need just 5 minutes and only a blender or food processor. Fewer dishes equals kitchen love. And it’s not only beautiful on the outside, but it’s full of goodies on the inside, too. Not yo’ superficial babe. Packed full of fiber, protein, and healthy fats and carbs. Uhhhh, and chocolate, too, duh. And sweeteners? Just dates. Siiii, por favor. Damelo! Dip it with some berries and you got yourself some Vitamin C, too. Not to mention it’s vegan, grain-free, gluten-free, and nut-free. I know what you’re thinking. Black beans? Really? Yes, really. Some things you gotta trust. And this is one of them. How about that soft, pillowy marshmallow? I use these from Sweet and Sara.

5-minute brownie batter dip
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 c. vegan dark chocolate chips or 1/3 c. vegan dark chocolate bar, roughly chopped
1/3 c. full fat coconut milk (use the solid part for best results)
5-6 soft pitted Medjool dates
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground coffee
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Optional: Chocolate shavings and sea salt for garnish
Serving suggestions: Strawberries, raspberries, marshmallows, bananas, graham crackers, mini spoons.
Place all ingredients in a blender and run until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Place contents in a bowl and top with chocolate shavings and sea salt. Serve with fruit, crackers and/or marshmallows. If making ahead of time, store in an air tight container in the fridge.
